The winter and summer drain plugs are designed for emptying the water from your heater which is connected to the wooden hot tub. By using these plugs you can disconnect the heater from the tub and leave the water inside the tub for cold baths etc. The stove has a small drainage tap under it and in winter time when the temperature is already -1 degree you should empty your stove as well after bathing, otherwise the water may freeze and this may damage the stove.

All prices on our website include all taxes, customs fees and shipping costs to the UK mainland.
The hot tubs up to 2 meters will be delivered as fully assembled to the kerbside by a 3rd party shipping company.
All bigger hot tubs and all saunas will be delivered as fully assembled with a big 40 ton truck (arctic truck) by a 3rd party shipping company and the unloading must be organized on site with a crane, forklift, tractor etc. The delivery location should be easily accessible for such a large truck.
We will inform and give the estimated time of arrival of the goods. The shipping company will also call before their arrival to agree the delivering time so the unloading would go smoothly.
